I'm going to share my one day team outing experience with my office colleagues.
This is an annual get together to share our happiness and achievements of all the engineers working at various locations in Chennai. I was happy to see lot of new faces with different age groups this year.
I was a bit late to the venue along with my Peer, it was almost 10.30am by the time we reached the spot. I could notice lot of bikes and cars parked outside the garden area which triggered a positive sign on the occasion.
We were offered with welcome drinks and a power packed break fast i.e. traditional Idly, pongal, Poori and coffee. While having the breakfast I noticed a couple of youngsters playing volley ball at the entrance and few playing "nation possessive game cricket" and most of them watching, few guys were making arrangements for the games.

We started the event with introducing with each individual, Our HR tried to fill-in some fun at the venue followed by Murukananth who has contributed a lot for organizing the activities. All are separated in to groups and color tags were designated to form 6 groups with 8 members.

Tug of war turned the cards of the event with lots of energy showcased by teams participating and supporting for their friends.

we had lunch with standard Indian menu with chilled barley drinks..more games we continued after lunch and I was unable to take snaps since my camera battery was dead. I had chance to capture only after 4pm by the time every one entered the pool to beat the heat and relaxing.
I was a bit bored with the repeated actions and thought of covering natural frames.

noticed that every one was conscious on leaving on-time, the main reason being a sunday and they have to be available in office the next day. after every one is out of the pool we got assembled to share the days experience and the event ended with vote of thanks to the organizers.
I was a bit excited to capture the sunset while driving(sounds foolish) and found unsuccessful, may be I will do it shortly..
